The way Water Your Body works is very simple. You just have to insert your weight and the app will automatically calculate the amount of water you should drink. A person of about 155 pounds, for example, should drink at least 68 ounces of water every day.
Once you have entered your information, you just have to update the app each time you drink a glass of water, a cup of coffee, a tee, or any refreshment. A couple of touches on the screen are enough to indicate how much water you've drunk. If for example during lunch you drink a 16-ounce bottle, then you put that in. And if during breakfast you've had a cup of coffee, same thing.
Water Your Body is one of those so-called health apps that for once happens to be easy to follow. Most users give up pretty soon on those apps for running or doing crunches, but this one only asks you to drink water. (That said, it's a heck of a lot of it.)
